What if my preferred stylist is not available?
If the preferred stylist is not available, we will let you know of other viable options. We will also give you options for revised schedule with your preferred stylist.
How much time is taken to confirm my appointment?
We try to typically confirm your appointment within 2 hours of booking. We also send you a confirmation reminder prior to the appointment.
Is there a chance than a confirmed booking could get cancelled?
It is our endeavor to delight you with our service but a rare possibility exists that a service could get cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we try our best to send in a replacement or reschedule the appointment
Am I expected to use my own products?
Our stylists get their own products but in case you have any particular preferences regarding the beauty products to be used, please do discuss with the stylist.
Is there an option to pay online?
We are in the process of implementing an online transaction system. Currently, the only option is to pay the stylist post the appointment completion
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointments?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel appointments free of cost. Our only request is that you cancel at least 3 hours prior to the appointment time.
